Lacks a dewlap on the throat. Weight: Males +/- 320 kg (705 lbs), females +/- 320 kg (705 lbs) Gestation: 12 months Young: Single young Habitat: Open grassland and savanna. Diet: Grazers, but they do occasionally browse. Red List Status: Least Concern |
